Your 14-Day Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a contract agreed at your home or at a distance within 14 days, without giving a reason.

How to cancel

Tell us in writing — email hello@crownandslate.example or write to Unit 4, Downing Street Business Park, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1AA — within 14 days of accepting our quote. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough.

If work has started

If you asked us to start within the cancellation period, we'll charge a reasonable amount for work done up to cancellation.

Refunds

Any deposit due for refund is returned within 14 days, by the same payment method.
