Terms of Business

Quotes

Written quotes are fixed prices valid for 60 days and include labour, materials, scaffolding and waste unless stated otherwise. Online "instant estimates" are guide prices only — the written quote issued after a free survey is the contract price.

Payment

We never require full payment upfront. Typical terms: a small materials deposit, agreed stage payments, and balance on satisfactory completion. Payment methods: bank transfer or card.

Guarantees

Workmanship is guaranteed in writing — up to 10 years depending on the work — plus an insurance-backed guarantee where applicable. Guarantees are transferable on sale of the property.

Cancellation

You have a 14-day right to cancel contracts agreed away from our premises under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — see our cancellation rights page.
